At Mike Lebron LA we work to get your order to you safely and within the estimated window.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days of payment. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as soon as it is available.

2. Delivery times

Standard shipping: 7 to 15 business days after processing.

Delivery times vary with destination, product availability, carrier and other outside factors. These are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any free shipping offer will be stated clearly in the store.

4. Tracking your order

When a tracking number is available it is emailed to the address you gave at checkout. Tracking information can take a few days to start updating after your order ships.

5. Delays

Delays can happen because of weather, carrier problems, peak periods, customs or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will help.

6. Incorrect addresses

You are responsible for giving a correct and complete shipping address. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.

7. Lost or damaged orders

If your parcel arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible at maikq0128@gmail.com. We will check the shipment status and sort out the next steps.
